KouLi Ltd ("KouLi", "we", "us") provides a speaking practice and coaching service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and app.

We collect information you give us (e.g. account details, email), voice and speech data when you use our practice features, and technical data (e.g. device, IP address) necessary to run the service. Voice data is used only to provide feedback and improve your practice; it is not used for advertising.

We use your data to deliver the service, personalise feedback, improve our product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your voice or transcripts for advertising.
4. Legal basis (UK & EU)
We process personal data where necessary to perform our contract with you, with your consent where required, and where we have a legitimate interest (e.g. improving the service) that is not overridden by your rights.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, and to object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. 6. Security and retention
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
